Apple picking and a new start.

Hi! Welcome to my blog. Like 3 million of people (or maybe more?) I start my own blog. It will mostly consist of photography, adventures, vegan and vegetarian recipes, homesteading tips, foraging and bits of my life I bother to share with the world.

It was a bright sunny afternoon of September, perfect cardigan weather. Jeff and I jumped in the car and drove to Mirabel to pick organic apples. I made some apple butter I shared with friends when I drove to Massachusetts late october. Here is the recipe I used. I would use less lemon if it was to be done again!
